With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Joshua’s signature offering is to lead healthcare teams (both profit & nonprofit) to success. He easily finds ways to connect the dots and understand complex healthcare issues to drive results.

Joshua has over 15 years of direct leadership and management experience. As a Director of Nursing/ Clinical Administrator, he has impacted healthcare with great results. He has a proven record of resident satisfaction, staff retention, and leading diverse groups with ease. He is a leader who can seamlessly shift gears to help lead any organization through difficult times for successful outcomes.

Joshua earned his BSN, MSN degrees in 2010 with a focus on Nursing Leadership and Management.

He lives in St. Bonifacius, MN, with his four sons and a daughter.

Universal Home Health of MN LLC is an assisted living home in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. As a care provider, our goal is to assist individuals and help them live quality lives while supporting their independence and allowing them to have fun. After all, we are their home away from home and we do our best to make them feel as comfortable as possible. With our friendly and compassionate care team, our residents are offered care services that cater to their individual needs.
