Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Every resident has their own daily living needs, and thus it is essential to outline the types of and levels of care they require. This allows them to perform ADLs that they can do by themselves, albeit with support, and receive help when needed. As a facility that promotes its residents’ independence, we offer customized care plans for each resident. With this, we can highlight the services we offer our residents. Should a resident need adjustments on the services they receive. We also update the care plan with the corresponding change so our caregivers will be guided as they assist the resident.
